Your use of the WorldTran translation service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an ‘as is’ basis to the fullest extent of applicable law. Sayhai expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to any implied term of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that neither the company WorldTran Ltd, nor the directors of the company shall be held responsible for the quality or accuracy of any translated text produced by the Sayhai translator system. And that neither the company nor its directors shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, or personal harm caused through incorrect translation or any misunderstanding caused through incorrectly translated text.

No warranty is given or implied in respect of the quality or accuracy, of any translations produced by the Sayhai translator.

Any reliance that you place upon the accuracy or quality of text which has been or is intended to be translated, will be at your sole risk, and it is solely your responsibility to ensure that any critical document or wording required to be translated, is done so through the involvement of a human translator, and NOT through Sayhai.

The Sayhai translation service is supplied on an ‘as is’ basis, and WorldTran Ltd, expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Including without limitation warranties of satisfactory quality, and accuracy of any translation produced by the system.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Sayhai hereby excludes liability for any claims, loss demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in torte, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise.

You acknowledge that all information, Data, text, messages, (“content”) whether publicly posted, or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not WorldTran Ltd are entirely responsible for all content that you e-mail or otherwise transmit via the service. Sayhai does not control the content posted or content e-mailed via the service, and as such does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

It is a condition of the company WorldTran Ltd, that users of the Sayhai translator, shall agree not to use the system for transmitting anything which may be unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, immoral, or illegal what so ever.

The Sayhai translator is intended to assist 2 persons to communicate with each other using simple colloquial level language in both Thai and English. Users of Sayhai are requested to use only polite language at all times, and not to use any form of wording which might be considered offensive to any person or persons who might read such translated or un-translated text.

The Sayhai translator may not be used for marketing or promotional matters without the expressed permission of WorldTran Ltd.

Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United Kingdom, the United States and the country in which you reside (if different from the aforementioned).

No refund for any value of e-mail cards purchased will normally be made under any circumstances, if users have any complaints to make regarding any aspect of the Sayhai translator service, these should be made in writing to admin@Sayhai.com
